一、Design stage

Designers draw sketches according to customers' needs or use CAD software to make 3D models to determine styles, materials and gem layout.
2、Digital modeling
Three-dimensional digital model is built by JewelCAD or Rhino software, and complicated modeling needs manual carving wax to adjust the details.
二、Model making and casting
1、Wax mold/resin mold making
3D printing technology generates wax mold (blue wax/purple wax) or resin mold, which is washed with alcohol and dried for later use.
Lost wax casting
Planting wax trees → pouring gypsum → high temperature dewaxing → injecting molten metal (such as K gold) to form casting trees.
三、 Finishing and Mosaic
1、Die-holding fine repair
Cut off the nozzle, file and repair the welding points, and initially polish the metal surface until it is flat and smooth.
2、mounted with gemstones
Match the stones according to the design, and fix the main stone/auxiliary stone by hand or machine (magnifying glass operation is required).
四、The final treatment
1、Deep polishing
Coarse sand → Yellowstone → charcoal three-layer grinding to eliminate fine scratches.
2、Electroplating and quality inspection
Electroplating and brightening the precious metal surface, laser engraving, and comprehensive inspection of color and structural strength.
