The whole mountain was wrapped in heavy snow, and countless six-pointed snowflakes drifted down silently. When the sun peeked over the mountain ridge, the light hit a frozen glacial lake nearby. The ice water showed a stunning deep sapphire blue, dotted with tiny glittering snow crystals all around. The serene, icy beauty left a deep impression on Clara.
While chatting with an elderly local woman who ran a mountain cabin, Clara learned that snowflakes carry a special meaning in Alpine culture. Each snowflake is one of a kind, symbolizing irreplaceable, pure love between family and lovers. Inspired by this touching metaphor, she made up her mind to turn this magical winter scenery into wearable jewelry.
Back at her studio in Geneva, Clara spent nearly three months perfecting the pendant’s structure. She outlined the symmetrical six-pointed frame to replicate natural snowflake edges.
